Refund policy

1. No Returns Accepted:

• At Druid Apothecary, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service, and we appreciate your understanding in complying with this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. Exceptions:

• We understand that there may be instances where products arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact our shipping team at druidadmin@druidcanna.com or (913)237-2170 within 14 days from delivery date.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product and packing slip.
• We will review the request and, if necessary, provide instructions on how to address the issue. Please note that any resolution will be at our discretion. 

1. Cancellation Policy:

• If an order needs to be canceled or the shipping address needs to be changed for an order after it has been placed please contact us at druidadmin@druidcanna.com or (913)2372170 as quickly as possible.
• If an order is currently in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order or change the shipping address of that order.
