Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Marketers

3. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates will earn a commission on sales referred through their unique affiliate link, based on the terms outlined in the affiliate program details. Commissions will be paid according to our payout schedule and are subject to change at our discretion.

Commissions are only valid for sales that are tracked through your unique affiliate link.
If a customer requests a refund or charge-back for a sale referred by you, the commission for that sale may be deducted from your balance.
Payments will be made through the payment method you specify during registration, and you are responsible for any fees or taxes associated with receiving your commission.

4. Prohibited Practices

You agree to refrain from:

Using unethical or misleading tactics, including but not limited to false advertising, spam, or engaging in click fraud.
Bidding on the Company’s brand name or any variations of it in search engines, including Google Ads, without prior written consent.
Using pop-up ads or any other intrusive or disruptive advertising methods.
Promoting our products in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of our products and remove all affiliate links from your website, social media, or any other marketing platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and other materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to use our intellectual property only in a manner consistent with our brand guidelines and do not modify or alter these materials in any way without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your participation in the Program.
