What is THCa? If it’s really “real cannabis,” how TF is it legal?
Most people don’t know that our THCa flower is real cannabis!
“THCa” is essentially just a marketing term that allows us to legally sell real, traditional cannabis.
THCa, put simply, is just THC before it is heated.
All the cannabis you have ever smoked, in your entire life, is just THCa, until you light it/heat it and it turns into THC!
How Is this legal?
Our products are fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, in accordance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill.
We ensure that our cannabis strains contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, which falls within the legal limits.
Rest assured, you can enjoy your THC products with confidence and without any legal concerns anywhere within the United States of America, so long as you meet the local requirements in your area.
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Our packages are shipped in unmarked packaging without any logos or indications of the contents inside.
First, your products are packaged in smell proof bags. Next, they are placed and sealed inside of a sturdy shipping box for protection and discretion. Lastly, we also include a legal hemp disclaimer inside each package to ensure that your product is delivered safely and quickly.
We take great care to ensure that your products are delivered in a discreet manner, protecting your privacy throughout the process.
Will your products actually get me high?
Yes, our products are designed to provide an elevated experience.
We offer a selection of premium products made with THCa, which can produce intoxicating effects.

How long will my products take to ship?
Our shipping times vary between 1-7 business days.
“Business days” are Monday through Friday. USPS is closed on Sundays and all major federal holidays, and will not deliver on these days.
Any inquires on shipping times can be found through your USPS tracking information, which will be provided to you in the email used to place your order. You can also check with your local USPS for exact updates.
Expect your USPS tracking information to arrive in your email within 72 hours after your purchase, when your products are packaged and shipped!
Any shipping inquires will be promptly handled during business hours, which are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-3:00PM (EST)
Will I need to sign for my package?
For products and purchases signatures are not required.
We’ve taken your feedback to heart. Recognizing that not everyone is home all the time and understanding the dislike for added costs, we decided to do away with the signature requirement. We also understand that the signing process may not be everyone’s preference, especially for products that were once considered somewhat intimidating to receive. As long-time stoners ourselves, we understand the importance of ease and discretion.
What can I expect in my package?
In your package, you can expect your order of premium products from our shop, packaged discreetly and safely. We also include a legal hemp disclaimer, as well as Certificate of Analysis proving Federal compliance inside each package to ensure that your product is delivered safely and quickly.
Do you ship anywhere in the USA?
Just about! We proudly offer shipping services to customers across the entire United States, excluding U.S. Military Bases, out of respect for Armed Forces Policy.
We are proud to offer our products to as many adults as possible, conveniently delivered right to your doorstep! We will continue to update our shipping availability as laws and policies progress.

Can I buy as much as I want?
Certainly! You can absolutely purchase all the THC products that you desire!
Our operations strictly adhere to the applicable laws and regulations, ensuring a legal and compliant experience for our customers.
As long as you comply with the legal requirements of your region, we are happy to provide you with the option to purchase extra large quantities of our products.
We do not offer wholesale or B2B options at this time. All products regardless of quantity purchased have fixed prices and cannot be altered.

What is your return policy?

Will your products show up on a drug test?
Yes, our THCA products will show up on a drug test.
Do not use our products if you are required to take regular drug tests.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States of America.

I did not receive an order confirmation email, what do I do?
If for some reason you did not receive your order confirmation email, but your payment has been confirmed, please feel free to contact us using the form on the “Contact” page of our website, and we will send a new confirmation email within 72 hours!
