Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period: Our return and exchange policy is applicable for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the original condition in which it was received, including the packaging of the products. Certain items, particularly perishables and seasonal items, are exempt from our return policy. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Return Initiation: To initiate a return, please use the form on the “Contact” page on our website to reach us. Please enter “Return Request – Order #[your order number] in the subject line, then provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant details about the product.

Shipping Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be given store credit in the amount returned, minus the costs of shipping & processing. After approval, your store credit will be processed automatically and will be ready to use immediately.

Exchanges: We will exchange ANY item that you return to us, as long as it is unused, non-perishable, and in the same condition. To exchange an item, use the form on the “Contact” page of our website with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[your order number].” Provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant details about the product, then our team will provide instructions on where to send your items. If we approve your exchange, you will be given store credit in the amount returned, minus the costs of shipping & processing. You can use this store credit to exchange your purchase for any other product of your choosing. After approval, your store credit will be processed automatically and will be ready to use immediately.
